Grandparents Day 2023

💗 Happy Grandparents Day 💗

On Friday 27th January, as part of Catholic Schools Week, we celebrated Grandparents Day in Junior and Senior Infants. It was a very special day and we were reminded just how lucky we are to have such amazing grandparents in our lives 😇

We were very happy to welcome all grandparents into our classroom and even had some grandparents join us on Zoom! 💻

We sang songs, recited poems and read our favourite books with our grandparents 📚

A big thank you to the middle room for making some very delicious scones - they went down a treat!🧁🥮

A very special day celebrated with lots of happiness and love ❤️
