School Biodiversity Garden

We continue to work with Ian from Gortbrack Organic Farm to develop our green space & biodiversity garden at the back of our school. We have recently worked together to construct planting boxes, fill them with top soil and prepare the area for planting. This week we continued our efforts by planting plum and apple trees as well as a variety of vegetables to include cauliflower, sprouts and kale. We look forward to watching their progress throughout the coming weeks. Well done to all the pupils for rolling up their sleeves and getting to work on this week's planting! 🌱🥦🌽🥕
